We would like to introduce our Daughter, Sarah Zhutong Quinn. She was born on August 10, 2007 in Qingyuan City in the province of Guandong, China. We will be flying to China on March 6, 2008 and flying to the province on Monday March 9th to meet her for the first time. To say that we are thrilled is an understatement. We are busy getting all our paperwork in order as well as decorating and getting Sarah's room ready. This has been a three year journey for us that has had many ups and downs along the way. The last three years have been an exercise in patience and now we have had to change speeds now that everything is progressing so quickly. There are many days that we look at her picture and can't believe this beautiful little girl will be ours in just a matter of a couple of weeks. We are going to try and keep this updated so everyone can follow along on this incredible trip.
It is so exciting to know that in a few short weeks, 2 very special & deserving people will have a dream fullfiled after 3 long years. It is hard to imagine what must be going thru the minds of both of them as the days move along until March 6th. They have both showed great determination & patience over the last few years as they awaited any news of a potential match. Kevin, cousin Gavin and myself can't wait to meet our newest family member and are looking forward to March 19th when we pick the completed Quinn family up at the airport. Cousin Gavin is already planning to send Aunt Andrea & Uncle Wes out on a date so that he can be big cousin and babysit.

hi andrea - you don't know me - but we are friends of Heather and Kevin's through Hockey(I am G2's Mom) we have been lucky enough to see the joy that Kevin, Heather and Gavin have about the new addition to the family - She is one lucky girl to belong to such a wonderful family. I have some more baby girl stuff for you and will get it over to Heather as soon as I have collected it all
